The foreign interference information helped me understand better our fragile democracy. I wonder why when it comes to election interference we never mention the Americans. The Conservatives when in power reduced the oversight powers of the Chief electoral officers. Polievre himself following orders from External forces via Harper proposed a bill in the House to remove the franchise even further with amendments that made it hard for citizens to vote and to lower scrutiny of Elections Canada officials. Polievre the anti democratic weasel was the perfect Harper choice to help foreign government interference in our election laws which are far too lax and lack oversight and teeth.
